Pork Tofu Napa

1 teaspoon oil

1-2 slices ginger, chopped

2 green onions, sliced (separate white part from green)

1/4 cup Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade

1-2 tablespoons Ying's Spicy Noodle Sauce (optional)

4 cups water

2 cups napa cabbage, sliced

8 oz soft or medium tofu

1/2 lb thinly sliced pork


Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and green onions (white part only). Stir for 5 seconds, add water and Ying's sauces, cabbage, tofu, pork and bring to a boil.

Turn it down and let it simmer for at least 20 minutes or until pork is cooked. Finally, garnish with green part of the green onions.

Serve over rice
