Beef Potato Kabocha

2-3 lbs beef roast

2 small potatoes

1 small Kabocha


Cut beef roast, potatoes and Kabocha into chucks.

Place beef in a pot and add enough water to cover the beef. Add 1/4 cup Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade, Cover with lid bring it to a boil.

Turn down heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

Add potato and Kabocha chunks. Continue cook for another 20 minutes or until every tender and cooked.
