Twice Cooked Pork

INGREDIENTS:

½ lb pork belly or boneless pork ribs 1 tablespoon oil if necessary 1 clove garlic, fine chopped 1 cup cabbage, cut into 1 inch chunks ¼ cup green pepper, diced ¼ cup yellow pepper, diced 3 tablespoons Ying's Kungpao Sauce

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut pork into large thin slices. Lay pork slices in a frying pan over medium heat. cook both sides until pork is browned and a little crispy.

2. Remove pork from the pan, reserve about 1 tablespoon grease from pork(if there is not enough grease, add oil).

3. When oil is hot, add garlic and vegetables. Stir fry for about 1 minute.

Then add pork and Ying's Kungpao Sauce.

4. Stir-fry for 1 more minute or until vegetables are tender but crisp.
