Pork Sauerkraut Stir Fry


INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons oil dash black pepper ½ lb. pork tenderloin, thin strips 2 cups sauerkraut, drained 2 tablespoons Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade 1 tablespoon chopped green onion

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet, add black pepper, pork and stir fry for 3 minutes.

2. Add sauerkraut and Ying's Korean BBQ. Continue stirring for another 2 minutes or until pork is completely cooked.

3. Garnish with chopped green onion. Just that simple!
