Pan-Seared Salmon


INGREDIENTS:

2 salmon steaks 1/4 cup Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade 1 tablespoon oil

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Marinate salmon with Ying's Korean BBQ in a Ziploc bag and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. In a skillet, add oil. Swirl to grease the bottom of the pan. When oil is hot, pan sear salmon on each side for 3 minutes or until fish is completely cooked.

Serve with a salad and side dish.

Note: salmon steaks are much flavorful than fillets.
