INGREDIENTS: ½ lb medium shrimp 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic (optional) 1 teaspoon chopped ginger (optional) 1 cup of combination of vegetables (peapods, sliced onions, green pepper, carrot and mushrooms) 2-3 tablespoons Ying's Kungpao Sauce ¼ cup unsalted roasted peanuts
1. Heat oil in a stir fry pan over medium high heat, and swirl. When oil is hot, add shrimp, garlic and ginger, and stir until fragrant.
2. Add vegetables and stir for 1-2 minutes. Stir in Ying's Kungpao Sauce.
3. Stir fry until the sauce thickens, then remove from pan. Top stir-fry with roasted peanuts
