Kungpao Shredded Pork
1lb. pork tenderloin 2 tablespoons oil 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 2 green onions, cut into 1 inch length 2-3 tablespoons Ying's Kungpao Sauce
1. First cut pork into thin strips. Place pork strips in a mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon Ying's Kungpao Sauce. Mix well.
2. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and green onion ( white part), stir for 30 seconds, then add marinated pork.
3. Stir fry for about 3 minutes. Add remaining sauce and green onion ( green part).
4. Continue stirring until pork is completely cooked. Serve over rice or as a tortilla filling.
