Kungpao Fusion Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ lbs ground beef 1 cup dry bread crumbs ¼ tsp pepper 2 eggs, beaten ¼ cup chopped onion 1 ½ cup Ying's Spicy Kungpao Sauce
1. Mix together beef, bread crumbs, pepper and eggs.
2. Add onion and 2 tablespoons of Ying's Kungpao Sauce, and mix all ingredients thoroughly. 3. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degree for 50 minutes.
4. Spread the rest of Ying's Kungpao Sauce over meat loaf and bake 10 minutes longer.
