Korean BBQ Pork Wrapped in Turnip


INGREDIENTS:

1 medium size turnip 1 lb. thinly sliced pork or beef 1/4 cup Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade 1 teaspoon oil 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First cut turnip into very thin rounds. Place meat in a mixing bowl, add Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade and mix well.

2. In a large pot add 4 cups water and bring it to a boil over medium high heat. Blanch turnip rounds in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until they are tender. Rinse in cold water, drain.

3. Heat frying pan or skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook meat until they are done (about 5 minutes). Sprinkle sesame seeds over meat.

4. Wrap meat in each turnip round and place them in a serving plate.
