Chinese Meat Pie
Dough: 1 cup all purpose flour is mixed with about 1/3 cup water Fillings: 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 chopped green onions and 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage and Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade. Mix well.
1. Divide the dough into four parts and roll each dough into a 3 inch diameter round wrap.
2. Fill the wrap with 1/4 cup fillings. Pinch to seal.
3. Pan fry with 1 tablespoon oil for 3-4 minutes each side.
