Chicken Sauerkraut Stir Fry


2 tablespoons oil dash black pepper 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips 2 cups sauerkraut 2 tablespoons Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade 1 tablespoon chopped green onion


1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet, add black pepper, chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes.

2. Add sauerkraut and Ying's Korean BBQ. Continue stirring for another 2 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.

3. Garnish with chopped green onion. Serve over rice. Just that simple!
