Baked Kungpao Chicken
3 - 3 1/2 pound whole broiler-fryer chicken Ying's Spicy Kungpao Sauce
1. Rinse chicken under cold water, and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Rub chicken with Ying's Kungpao sauce and let it marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 preheated oven for 1 hour.
4. Baste with Ying's Kungpao sauce once each side and continue baking uncovered about 20 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when you cut into the inner thigh.
