Bacon with Sauerkraut


½ lb bacon 1 green onion, chopped 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 ½ cups sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 1 ½ tablespoons Ying’s Korean BBQ Marinade

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. First cut each bacon strip into 4-5 equal lengths.

2. Heat wok or skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon pieces until crisp. Drain off excess fat from bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons.

3. Then add green onion, black pepper, and sauerkraut. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

4. Stir in Ying’s Korean BBQ Marinade. Continue stir-fry for 30 mores seconds.

Serve over rice or as a filling for wrap. Makes 2 to 3 servings. Enjoy this delicious and flavorful northern dish.
