Kungpao Meatloaf

¾ lb. ground beef
½ lb. ground chicken
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup diced jalapeno or green bell pepper
½ cup coarsely chopped tofu
½ cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup Ying’s Kungpao Sauce





1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.


2. Combine ground beef, ground chicken, chopped vegetable and tofu with the bread crumbs. Add the eggs and 3 tablespoons Ying’s Kungpao Sauce, combine thoroughly.


3. Place the mixture into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degree for 50 minutes. Spread the rest of Ying’s Kungpao Sauce over meat loaf and bake 10 minutes longer.
