INGREDIENTS: 1/2 lb. flank steak 1 clove garlic 1/4 onion, sliced 1/3 shredded carrot 1/2 cup bean sprouts 1 small bunch Thai basil
2-3 tablespoons Ying's Stir Fry Sauce
1. First cut steak into thin slices and chop garlic.
2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Add garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.
3. Add beef, stir fry for another 10 seconds, then add onion and carrot, continue stirring for 1 minute.
4. Add bean sprouts and basil, stir fry for another 30 seconds.
Stir in Ying’s Stir Fry Sauce. Stir until everything is coated with the sauce. Remove from heat and place it on a serving dish.
