Thai-Style Lettuce Wrap


2 tablespoons oil 1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon chopped ginger 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1/2 lb ground chicken Some basil (Thai or regular) 2 tablespoons Ying' Stir Fry Sauce 2 teaspoons lime juice 1/8 teapoon chili pepper (optional) Roman hearts Lettuce

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, add garlic, ginger and onion.

2. Stir until aromatic, add ground chicken and cook until no more pink.

3. Add basil, stir fry sauce, lime juice and ground chili pepper. Continue stirring for another 30 seconds.

To serve, spoon onto Roman lettuce and enjoy!
