Pork Vegetable Stir Fry


INGREDIENTS:

1/3 lb. Pork tenderloin 2 tablespoons oil 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon chopped ginger 1/4 cup sliced carrot 1/4 lb. peapods 1 jalapeno, seeded and sliced 1 cup bean sprouts

3 tablespoons Ying's Stir Fry Sauce

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut pork into thin slices (It is easier to cut pork thin when it is partially frozen). 2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet, add garlic and ginger. Stir for 5 seconds, add pork. Continue stirring until pork loses its pink.

3. Add carrot, peapods and jalapeno, stir fry for 30 seconds.

4. Add Ying's Stir Fry Sauce and bean sprouts. Stir fry for another 30 seconds or until everything is cooked and vegetables are still crunchy.
