Vegetable Noodle Stir Fry

2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 jalapeño, seeded and cut into thin strips
3 mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons Ying's Stir Fry Sauce
3 oz soy bean noodles or any cooked wheat noodles
2 green onions, cut into 1 1/2 inches length
1 oz bean sprouts





1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and stir for 5 seconds. Sir in jalapeño, mushrooms and stir for 10 seconds. 

2. Add Ying's Stir Fry Sauce and continue stirring for 10 more seconds.


3. Add noodles, green onions and bean sprouts. Stir for 3 more minutes or until everything is headed through and vegetables are still crunchy.
