Asparagus in Sweet & Sour Sauce

INGREDIENTS: 1-2 lb asparagus 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons Ying's Sweet & Sour Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First cut off the tough ends of asparagus. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Lay asparagus in a singer layer. Brush asparagus with olive oil. 2. Broil asparagus in the oven for about 15 minutes or until tender.

3. Drizzle Ying's Sweet & Sour Sauce over asparagus and heat for 1 more minute.
