Asian Wrap

1 1/2-2 lb chicken breast or steak
1 1/2 cups Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade
6-8 Jalapeno cheddar wraps
1 red onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
6-8 pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
3 cups cooked white or brown rice
1 cup Ying's Yum Yum sauce





1. Marinate chicken or steak in 3/4 cup Ying's Korean BBQ marinade for at least 1 hour.


2.Grill or pan fry chicken or steak. Let it cool for 3 minutes and then cut them in slices.

3. Build wraps: fill wrap with chicken or steak, red onion and red bell pepper slices. Then add romaine lettuce leaves, bean sprouts and brown rice. Drizzle Ying's Yum Yum sauce. Roll up and serve with the remaining Ying's Korean BBQ as dipping sauce.
