Mongolian Lamb


2 tablespoons oil 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/4 teaspoon ground red chili pepper (optional) 1 lb. lamb, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons Ying's Korean BBQ marinade 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 4-5 green onions, cut into 2" length


1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat.

2. Add garlic and stir until aromatic, about 10 seconds.

3. Add red chili pepper and Lamb. Stir for 3 minutes and add Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade.

4. Then cumin seeds and green onions. Stir for 15 more seconds.
