2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 green onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 green jalapeno, cut into rings
1 cup thinly sliced napa cabbage
3 mushrooms, sliced
½ lb cooked soba noodles
1-1 ½ tablespoons Ying’s Korean BBQ Marinade
1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat. Add green onion and black pepper, stir fry for 10 seconds.
2. Add jalapeno, napa cabbage and mushrooms. Stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add soba noodles and Ying’s Korean BBQ Marinade. Continue stir-fry for another minute or until soba noodles is heated through and everything is coated evenly with the sauce. Makes 2 servings
