Salmon with Brussels Sprouts

2 salmon steaks
1/3 cup Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade, divided.
3 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/3 lb. brussel sprouts





1. First marinate salmon steaks with 3 tablespoons of Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade for at least an hour.

2. Grease a skillet with a little oil. Pan sear both sides of salmon for 3 minutes each side or until its completely cooked.


3. Heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in the skillet over medium high heat, add garlic, then brussel sprouts.


4. Cook for a couple minutes, sprinkle the remaining Yings Korean BBQ Marinade over Brussel sprouts. Stir while cooking until they turn dark green, about 3 minutes.
