Potatoes, Carrots and Kabocha

INGREDIENTS:

 1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup chicken broth/or water
3 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
2 carrots, cut into chucks
2 cups cubed kabocha
2-3 tablespoons Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade

 

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. First saute chopped onion in oil, then add chicken broth or just water.

 

2. Add cubed potatoes, carrots and kabocha. Let it cook until everything is tender.

 

3. Add 2-3 tablespoons Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade. Cook for 5 more minutes.

 

Serve with my baked General Tso's ribs. Yum!
