Kungpao Sloppy Joe's

1 lb. ground beef
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup chopped tomato 
1 cup Ying’s Spicy Kungpao Sauce
1 cup roasted peanuts (optional)
4 hamburger buns, toasted





1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.


2. Add bell pepper and tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Drain fat.


3. Stir in Ying’s Spicy Kungpao Sauce and cook for another 5-6 minutes.


4. Spoon beef mixture over each bottom bun, top with some roasted peanuts and cover with top buns.
