Kungpao Noodle Soup


INGREDIENTS:

1 can chicken broth (about 1 3/4 cups) 2 tablespoons Ying's Spicy Kungpao Sauce 1/4 cup sliced carrot 2 baby bok choy 4 oz noodles 1 egg

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat chicken broth in a pot and bring it to boil. Add Ying's Kungpao sauce and stir.

2. Add carrot, baby bok choy and noodles. Let it cook for about 1 minute.

3. Crack in egg and cook for 2 more minutes or until they are cooked.
