2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 oz sliced pork
2 cup mixed vegetables (onion, broccoli, red pepper, celery and mushrooms)
1 pita bread, cut into small slices or squares
3 tablespoons Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade
1. In a wok or skillet, heat oil and then add garlic. Stir about 5 seconds or until aroma, add pork, stir fry until pork loses its pink.
2. Add vegetables and continue stirring for about 2 minutes. Add pita bread and stir for 30 seconds.
3. Finally stir in Yings Korean BBQ Marinade and stir to mix well.
