2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/3 cup onions chucks
1 cup broccoli florets
1/3 cup carrot slices
1 (8 oz) firm tofu, cut in large cubes
1 jalapeno, cut into 1/2" rings (optional)
3 tablespoons Ying's Stir Fry Sauce
1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir for 10 seconds.
2. Add onion, broccoli and carrots and stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add tofu and jalapeno. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.
4. Add Ying's Stir Fry Sauce and stir fry for 30 more seconds. You can substitute tofu with any meat.
