½ lb Chinese Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lan) and Oyster Mushroom
6-8 shiitake (or 3 oyster mushrooms, sliced)
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons Ying’s Stir Fry Sauce
1. Heat oil in a stir fry pan or skillet over medium high heat. Add chopped garlic and stir for 10 seconds.
2. Lay Chinese broccoli in the pan and let it cook for 1 minute and turn them over.
3. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for two more minutes or until broccoli turn into dark green and limp.
3. Add Ying’s Stir Fry Sauce and stir fry for 1 more minute. Serve over rice or as a side dish.
