1/2 lb. beef
1 small bitter melon
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
3-4 pieces basil leaves
3 tablespoons Ying's Stir Fry Sauce, divided
1. Slice beef and add 1 tablespoon of Ying' Stir Fry Sauce. Mix well and set aside.
2.Cut bitter melon in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Then cut it into slices.
3. Cut mushrooms into slices and tomato into chunks.
4. Heat the rest of oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat. Add chopped garlic and beef, stir fry for 30 seconds.
5. Add bitter melon, mushrooms, tomato and basil. Stir fry for 1 minute. Finally add the rest of the stir fry sauce. Continue stirring for 1 more minute or until done.
Serve over rice.
