Edamame Black Bean Chopped Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 Romaine hearts lettuce, chopped
½ cup cooked fresh or canned corn
½ cup can black beans
½ cup blanched and shelled edamame
¼ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
¼ cup shredded cheese


DRESSING:
3/4 cup Ying’s Yum Yum Sauce
1/3 cup Ying’s Korean BBQ Marinade

 

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Place all salad ingredients in a salad bowl.

 

2. Combine Ying’s Yum Yum sauce and Korean BBQ Marinade in a container and mix well. Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss well.
