Ying, You truly have a gift for cooking. Your authentic asian sauces are out of this world! I'm amazed at how wonderful and full of flavor your products are. My family and I made a meal on the 4th (ribs with your kungpao sauce). Everyone was blown away. I look forward to trying more of your sauces.

My family and I are huge Ying fans!
Back in my homeschooling days, making a good meal for my family was, unfortunately, the last thing I wanted to do after a long day. Our bill-of-fare generally consisted of entrées like frozen lasagnas and casseroles—easy dishes that I could throw together in minutes. I thought I was being pretty healthy when I would buy the prepackaged stir-fry with its frozen vegetables, pre-cooked meats and salty sauces. I can still remember how much my daughter hated those meals! I only wish I had known about good Chinese cooking. When I first attended a Ying cooking demonstration, I tasted an entirely different stir-fry. The sauces are incredible! The meals are so easy to make, too, and using fresh vegetables only adds to the flavor. To think how I could have easily enlivened our culinary experience back in those homeschooling days. Now my grown children ask me why I can cook so well. Well, I would have to say that Ying sauces accompanied by attending those cooking demonstrations truly inspired me.

“I use Ying's Spicy Korean BBQ sauce to make my fried rice. The other night my boys told me they like my fried rice better than our favorite take out Chinese restaurant. ” |

“Just wanted to let you know that now that I have learned some of your techniques for making Chinese food, my 5 year old doesn't want to go to the Chinese restaurant that we have been going to for years. He says "just make it here- you make better Chinese food than they do." I love the cookbook and the fact that my family is eating double the veggies because of this type of food. Thanks again for your leadership. Your classes are so much fun!!” |

“Ying! I made the orange chicken last night (my daughter made me) and the family LOVED it. Kenny said it was the best orange chicken he ever ate. Out of my kitchen, that's pretty much a miracle and you are responsible! enjoyed spending time with you yesterday,” |

“Just made the orange chicken tonight. I ran out of your fabulous batter mix, so I made my own from your cookbook. I tasted the orange sauce out of the jar and liked it, but when I poured it on the battered chicken and heated it in the wok, it stuck to the pieces, thickened up, and the flavor was amazing! It wasn't super sugary or sticky and overwhelming like restaurant orange chicken is. It was simple, clean taste and it is an hour later and I'm still not thirsty! :)” |

“Hi Ying, I was at your Lake Villa Library class and I just finished watching your appetizer DVD. It was wonderful! I felt like I was having a private cooking class in your home! Even the outside of the refrigerator looked "real".I plan to bring the DVD with me and make the spring rolls and crab rangoons at a friend's farm in Wisconsin. I thank you for making this DVD.” |
